Live Classes schedule:
Monday- Kettlebell blast session 30 mins
Wednesday- Pilates based session +relaxation 45 mins + 15 mins relaxation
Saturday- Core stability workout utilising an exercise ball 60 mins
3 LIVE classes every week to fully immerse yourself in the process. Classes can ve viewed and repeated afterwards via recording.
The pilates based Wednesday sessions always finish on a relaxation technique to help calm the body and soothe the soul.
Weekly nutrition lessons that focus on boosting every organ in the body but specifically Advice for both males and females on best nutrition practices to balance the hormones.
As we age our recovery time reduces and can make weightloss more challenging. The workouts and nutritional approach on this program will support a weightloss goal and help you achieved your targets. The coaching you will receive will help build solid habits that will not only get you the results you are looking for but will maintain them moving forwards.
The program includes weekly challenges to keep you engaged and working to the best of your ability.

Terms And Conditions
50+ Program delivered by Rab Shields is an 8 week program that costs £199.99 paid in advance. There is pre-work included in the program therefore this fee is non refundable.
At the end of the 8 week program it rolls directly into the CTS membership at £9.99/week until cancelled. (please see Core Training System terms and conditions (here on my website) for more information. If you are already a CTS member please contact me directly for a discount.
You will have the benefit of 3 live classes per week plus access to previous lessons and all the perks and benefits of the CTS membership.
The LIVE workouts are also nrecorded to watch afterwards.
All exercise and nutrition activities are entered into at your own risk and on the understanding that you have been cleared by your doctor to participate in a physical exercise regime and have read and understood the pre exercise readiness formed emailed along with these T &C’s.
All coaching advice is given on the understanding that you, the client, are comfortable with making changes to your health and are willing to challenge yourself physically, mentally and emotionally to achieve this goal.
To partake in the Zoom portion of this subscription you MUST have completed a pre exercise questionnaire (par Q) that will be emailed to you upon registration
