I have been teaching fitness classes since 2005 and I have always enjoyed Core stability training as I feel that everyone can benefit from strengthening their core muscles so this complements any goal you are currently working towards.
2020 changed the landscape quite significantly for the fitness industry and we all had to adapt to the new environment at the time. As such, online classes became more popular and allowed skilled trainers to reach an audience worldwide.
There are always unseen pressures when someone makes the decision to join a new class.
Comparing yourself to others is the most common.
What I always try to remind my clients is that core stability training with a ball is TOUGH for everyone, but it IS achievable by all!
The key is in your approach.
If you are willing to learn and to focus on progression rather than perfection, you will get a fantastic workout and over time you will soon be able to do all the things you felt were out of your reach weeks prior.
I give modifications and alternatives live during the session and there are members of all ages and fitness levels taking part.

Launchpad covers a variety of goals such as weightloss, lean muscle gain, stress management and overall fitness improvement. Whatever your goal, Launchpad can ensure you start the year off on the right foot.
Each week Coach Rab delivers the lessons live and will tailor the program to your needs, giving modifications to exercise, alternatives for the nutrition and be on hand to help support you as you navigate your way through the program.
-Launchpad will, on average, help you lose around 20lbs in the first 8-10 weeks

-Improve your flexibility and mobility
--develop strong habits to keep your results flowing for weeks afterwards.

All live class content can be modified to your needs, all you need to do is turn up with a positive attitude and do what you can.
The Nutrition principles In the program allow for flexibility to include (or exclude) foods that you can or can't have. The main focus is building a solid structure with your eating habits to ensure you take back control of your health.
Your confidence and self esteem is paramount to a healthy and happy YOU.
When you feel good about who you are and what you are doing, your mood dramatically improves and you feel relaxed knowing you are on the right path in life.
The mindset lessons included in the program help build solid habits that make the hard stuff easy and the results will flow.

There is a joining fee of £199 and this is processed via Stripe who can accept most credit cards. Stripe will convert the currency for you at checkout if you live outside the Uk (as most of our members do)
There is a weekly subscription for the program of £12.99 and this gives you access to to all programs on the app, the 4 Live classes per week, the weekly coaching session, access to the community forum and also email support with coach rab.
The Live classes are continuous so when you join you can get stuck right into the workouts and do what you can. The launchpad program will kick off on Monday 12th January.
All of the workouts can be modified if you lack equipment or are travelling when attending one of the sessions, but to get the most out of the program I would suggest a kettlebell (6-8kg/ 12-16lbs) and an exercise ball.
If you also have a foam roller then you can enjoy the bonus foam roller sessions on the app too.

Terms And Conditions
Core Training System (CTS) with Rab Shields is conducted on a week to week basis. There is a joining fee of £199 and a weekly subscription of £12.99 paid in advance. This covers the weekly class, support within the group, demo videos, help & accountability required to meet your goals.
The weekly classes do not carry over if sessions are missed as they are recorded to watch afterwards.
All exercise and nutrition activities are entered into at your own risk and on the understanding that you have been cleared by your doctor to participate in a physical exercise regime and have read and understood the pre exercise readiness formed emailed along with these T &C’s.
All coaching advice is given on the understanding that you, the client, are comfortable with making changes to your health and are willing to challenge yourself physically, mentally and emotionally to achieve this goal.
Cancellation can be made at anytime by letting your coach know. Refunds of services are only permitted when no coaching has been carried out for that calendar week.

To partake in the Zoom portion of this subscription you MUST have completed a pre exercise questionnaire (par Q) that will be emailed to you upon registration
