I have been teaching fitness classes since 2005 and I have always enjoyed Core stability training as I feel that everyone can benefit from strengthening their core muscles so this complements any goal you are currently working towards.
2020 changed the landscape quite significantly for the fitness industry and we all had to adapt to the new environment at the time. As such, online classes became more popular and allowed skilled trainers to reach an audience worldwide.
There are always unseen pressures when someone makes the decision to join a new class.
Comparing yourself to others is the most common.
What I always try to remind my clients is that core stability training with a ball is TOUGH for everyone, but it IS achievable by all!
The key is in your approach.
If you are willing to learn and to focus on progression rather than perfection, you will get a fantastic workout and over time you will soon be able to do all the things you felt were out of your reach weeks prior.
I give modifications and alternatives live during the session and there are members of all ages and fitness levels taking part.
This course is for anyone, of any age who wants to take back control of their health & wellness and get into better health habits in time to enjoy the summer.
The program will be split in two, with the first half focussing on our "Spring" approach, nailing down solid habits to build a good foundation, fueling our bodies correctly to get the results we dream of.
The second half of the program is the "Summer" where we bloom and its time to shine, with a healthy and vibrant approach to the nutrition to Make you feel fantastic both inside and out.
This course includes:
-3 LIVE exercise classes per week that can be repeated via recording afterwards
-"Spring" Nutrition & Mindset principles delivered LIVE with Q&A included (also recorded to view afterwards)
- "Summer" Nutrition & Mindset principles delivered LIVE with Q&A included (also recorded to view afterwards)
-Focus exercise lessons to practice and enhance your form so you can feel more confident in the LIVE classes.
-Access to the Summer ready community forum where you can ask questions any time of the day.
If you sign up early, you will gain access to the LIVE Classes right away so you can build gradually whilst you await for the course to start fully on the 3rd May.
On the 3rd of May there will be a welcome zoom call (you can join via zoom with or without camera on OR you can join via private YouTube that also acts as a recording for later)
On this call you will receive the "Spring" nutrition and mindset lessons to get you started and you will also have the opportunity to ask questions
On the 5th of May you will then participate in your first LIVE class which will be a 30 min kettlebell session. You can make use of a weight instead if you don't own a kettlebell and the exercises can be modified to suit any starting fitness level. The class is also recorded so you can revisit it later.
In the first week there is a pilates based class on the 7th May, and a core stability class on the 10th May to see out the week.
There is then another catchup zoom call with the next weeks lessons delivered and a chance to discuss your progress from week 1.
Throughout the 10 week program there will be focused exercise videos where we delve deeper into the technique to perform your form and build confidence for the live classes.
At the mid point through the program we move into the "Summer" nutrition and mindset lessons that are geared around maximising your health both inside and out making you feel vibrant and full of shine for the summer season.
By this stage you will have lost body fat, your muscles will be firm and your core will be much stronger and most of all, you will feel back in control of your health and wellness.
Terms And Conditions
Summer Ready Program delivered by Rab Shields is an 10 week program that costs £199.99 paid in advance. There is pre-work included in the program therefore this fee is non refundable.
At the end of the 10 week program it rolls directly into the CTS membership at £9.99/week until cancelled. (please see Core Training System terms and conditions (here on my website) for more information. If you are already a CTS member please contact me directly for a discount.
You will have the benefit of 3 live classes per week plus access to previous lessons and all the perks and benefits of the CTS membership.
The LIVE workouts are also nrecorded to watch afterwards.
All exercise and nutrition activities are entered into at your own risk and on the understanding that you have been cleared by your doctor to participate in a physical exercise regime and have read and understood the pre exercise readiness formed emailed along with these T &C’s.
All coaching advice is given on the understanding that you, the client, are comfortable with making changes to your health and are willing to challenge yourself physically, mentally and emotionally to achieve this goal.
