Getting back on track with your nutrition will be key to your success so we will focus on creating solid habits that will benefit you long after the program is completed.
Everyone will come to this course with their own abilities and starting fitness level. I will tailor the program to include modifications for all such as seated and low impact options.
Everyone has the ability to move and challenge their body. But to what level each of us can move depends on our personal circumstances, old injuries, fitness level and current mobility.
To motivate and encourage all individuals to feel confident, and safe enough, to try exercise and commit regularly to achieve their goals.
At Each Beginners Program intake, there is an information gathering stage where you let me know the movements and issues that you have experienced exercising (or might experience) and I then include specific modifications in each LIVE class session for the program.

The Beginners Program costs £29.99 and is non refundable once the course starts. The 3 week program then follows on into the CTS membership at £9.99/week until cancelled for continuation of the live classes and your progress. See CTS page for T7C's

All exercise and nutrition activities are entered into at your own risk and on the understanding that you have been cleared by your doctor to participate in a physical exercise regime and have read and understood the pre exercise readiness formed emailed along with these T &C’s.
All coaching advice is given on the understanding that you, the client, are comfortable with making changes to your health and are willing to challenge yourself physically, mentally and emotionally to achieve this goal.
